Split Cells
Click in Row 2
…go to the Table Layout tab and Split Cells

- then uncheck the creative commons box.
Select a picture and Insert.
Size down
Use either of the corner handles to size it down a bit so it’s something like this…
Crop Photo
With the picture still selected, go to the Picture Format tab at the top.
Choose Crop and then to Aspect Ratio … select 3:4
Click in the middle of the picture and drag it left or right to position it where you want the focus to be.
Click off to set it.
Photo Size
Select the picture and go to the Picture Format tab at the top.
Set Height to 4.8″
Photo Style
With the picture selected, go to Picture Format and add the first picture Style…
Fonts
Row 1
Select the text in the first row and change it to font type Copperplate Gothic Bold (or Britannic Bold), size 48 and add any style. Note: if your heading does not fit on 2 lines total, reduce the text!
Row 2
Select the list and change the font type to Bookman Old Style and size 16.
Row 3
Select the row and make the font type Ink Free and size 22.
Row 4
Select the last row and change it to the same font type (Copperplate Gothic Bold or Britannic Bold) & style as your first row, just smaller, size 36. You can use the Format Painter and then pump down the font size.
So with all the fonts changed, you should have something like this…
Filling up the Page
Bottom Margin
Hover over the Ruler where the margin stars (white/grey), when you get a 2-pointed arrow and it says Bottom Margin, pull down to the 1/2″ mark.
Paragraph spacing
Select all the text (CTRL+A) and go to Paragraph options…
In the window that opens up, set the spacing to 12 pt before & after, Single line spacing and the box needs to be empty (not shaded or checked).
So you bullets should have gone from this (LEFT: no space between) to this (RIGHT: space between).
Everything should fit on one page, no extra blank page. If you have an extra page, change the page heading and price styles to one that takes up less room.
Table Formatting
Cell alignment
Select just the table and go to Layout and set cell alignment to middle-middle
No border
With the table selected, go to the Borders button and choose No Border.
Row 3
Select just the 3rd row (hover to the left of the row and click).
Shading
Select a light color using the paint bucket…
Borders
Then go to Borders & Shading…
Choose the darkest shade of that color…
Set width/thickness to 3.
Click above and below the shaded area in Preview to apply the thick lines and say OK.
Now you should have this…
You’re done.
