Change the page heading to match what you are focusing on if you are doing another year. If you’re doing a mix of years, make it plural “1980s”)

For each person, copy & paste the name and description from above into the table as shown below…
- Copy and paste the name into the first empty row.
- Copy and paste the description in the last row.

Add Rows for Pictures
Hover beside/between the name and description for the 1st names and click on the “+”…

Add a row below the 2nd set of names…

It should look like this…

Last Names on 2nd Line
Click before each last name and [Enter] so they’re on separate lines.

Fonts
Clear Formatting
Select all the text and Clear Formatting (this should get rid of the bold for the names).


Default Font
Select all (CTRL+A) and pump up the font size to 18.


Make sure the descriptions are fitting on 1-2 lines; if more, reduce the amount of text.
Page Heading
Select the page heading text/row and set the font to Postino, size 48.


Names
Select the name rows and set the font Postino, size 20.


Pictures
Click on the link to any year below to open the year info page…
Click on the “Births” link at the top to go down to that section…

Copy the picture for each person, paste them in the empty boxes below the names, and do the following steps:
- Crop > Aspect Ratio > 1:1
- Set the picture Height to 2″
- Quick Style: rounded bevel
- Click off to set the picture.


Crop>Aspect Ratio>1:1

Picture Height = 2″

When all your pictures are in, it should look like this…

Spacing & Alignment
Paragraph Spacing
- Select everything on the page (CTRL+A)
- Go to the page Layout tab… set the Spacing to 6 pt before & after.



Cell Alignment
Select the table and set cell alignment to middle-middle.



Borders
No Border
- Select the table and go to the Table Design tab…
- Set Border to No Border…




Inside Lines
Select the table again …
- Select a dark Pen Color.
- Set the style to the double line (where one is thicker).
- Make sure the Border Painter is selected.

- Click and drag from the left to the right for all the inside lines.
- Click off to see the result.


Shading
- Set the name rows to the darker shade of the same color.
- Set the photo rows to the lightest shade of the same color.



Font Colors
Go back to the Home tab …
- Change the page heading color to the same dark color.
- Set the font color for the names to white.



You’re done, get it checked off.
