Year Info Page
Click on the link to your year below to open the year info page that has the photos you will be copying…
Song Slides (#2-6)
Scroll down past the list of songs to get the photos.
First Song
Right-click on the singer’s photo for your first song and Copy image…
Use the Paste button or use the keyboard shortcut (CTRL+V).
Move it over to the empty area on the left. If you need to make it smaller, make sure to resize from a corner handle, not the top/side handles!
Slides #7-9
Paste the photos onto the slides.
- Resize and position them to fill up the empty areas, starting with the bottom-right corner.
- If you have a square/wide (not tall) photo, position it on the bottom left (under the bullets).
Repeat for the other list slides…
Cropping
- if the photo under the bullets is tall/narrow, you will need to crop it so it’s square
- then resize to make it bigger, filling the area under the bullets.
Picture Styles
Select all the pictures (SHIFT-click) on a slide, then add a Quick Style (choose any style except those that are marked in the photos below…

Zoom out to 70-80% so you can see all the slides…
