Click on the link to any year below…
This opens the year info page. Make the page heading to match what you are focusing on.
Scroll down past the songs & pictures to get to the “Births” section.
- Select the name for a person and copy (CTRL+C).
- Click in the 2nd row and paste it (CTRL+V).
- Select the description and copy it (CTRL+C).
- Click in the 3rd row and paste it (CTRL+V).
Repeat for another person, skipping a row (this will be used for photos later).
Repeat for 4 more people…
Click before each last name and [Enter] so they’re on separate lines.
Format Text
Clear Formatting
Select all the text and Clear Formatting (this should get rid of the bold for the names).
Page Heading
Select the page heading text/row and set it to Stencil font type, size 48.
Names
Select each name row and make them Stencil, size 20.
Spacing
Select everything on the page (CTRL+A) and go to Paragraph options… set the Spacing to 6 pt before & after.
Bottom Margin
Bring down the Bottom Margin to 1/2″.
Pictures
You will be using the Picture Format tab to adjust the pictures – size, cropping, styles.
Right-click and “Copy Image” on the photo for the first person. Paste it in the empty row below the description (CTRL+V). Reduce the Height to 2″.
Go to Crop > Aspect Ratio > 3:4
Adjust the picture position/size within the cropping boundaries using the circles, making sure the picture fully fills the outline. Click off to set the picture.
Select the picture again and set the Quick Style to bevel rectangle one…
Repeat for the other pictures:
- Paste the picture.
- Reduce the Height to 2″.
- Crop > Aspect Ratio > 3:4
- Adjust the picture size/position.
- Set the Quick Style to the beveled one.
Height = 2″

Quick Style
Merge Cells
- Click and drag inside the description cell down to the picture cell to select them both.
- Then go to Table Layout > Merge.
They should then be combined.
Repeat for the other people.
Cell Alignment
Select the table. Then go to Table Layout > Cell Alignment and set to middle-middle.
Table Design
Select the table again, this time go to the Table Design tab… choose one of these styles…
Select the entire table again… then go to the Font section click on the Bold button 2x to make sure nothing is bold.
Your final result…
