You only need to complete one of the following animals…

Fonts

Page Heading

Select the page heading at the top of your page:

  1. Change the font type to Goudy Stout
  2. Pump up the size to 36
  3. Center it.
  1. Give it a Quick Style

Anatomy Bold

Make the word “Anatomy” bold.

Photos

Side photo

  1. Copy the photo for the animal you’re doing above.
  2. Paste the picture.
  3. Add Text WrappingSquare.
  4. Add the first picture style.
  1. Move it beside the list, lined up with the top of the first bullet, not too far in the margin; you should see the green guideline at the top.
  2. Click off the photo to set the position.

Text Boxes

Go to the INSERT toolbar and insert Text Box > Draw Text Box

Draw out the first text box. Type in the text and resize the box so it’s not too big.

For more text boxes, click on this button and drawing more… adding the text and moving them into position like this…

Position the text box as shown below.

No Outline

Go to the Shape Format tab and choose Outline > No Outline

For the other text boxes, click inside, then click on the Outline button (don’t need to use the drop-down menu again).

Arrows

To add arrows, go to the Insert tab and Shapes … select the basic arrow shape. Drag out to draw an arrow from the text box to the body part. Click off to see it.

Click on the arrow again and go up to the Shape Format tab.

  1. Choose a color
  2. Change the Weight to 3 pt to make it thicker.

Repeat to get more arrows – you can use the Format Painter to apply the same color & width. Position them as shown below…
