  • Font type: Snap ITC
  • Font size: 36
  • Give it a style

View Pages Side-by-Side

Go to the View tab and change it to Side to Side (this will make it easier to see both pages as you position the pictures).

Then go back to the Home tab…

Names

First Name

  1. Select the page heading
  2. Click on the Format Painter (in the pop-up window or on the Home tab)
  1. Then click in the middle of “Elsa”.

Select “Elsa” again and pump down the font size to 28

It should look like this so far…

Other Names

Select “Elsa” and double-click on the Format Painter button.

Click in the middle of the other names, or click beside them…

Then click on the Format Painter button to deselect it.

Paragraph

Center Page Heading

Select the page heading and center it.

Line Spacing

Select all (CTRL+A) and set Line Spacing to 1.5
This will make the text spread out over 2 pages.

Photos

First Picture

Copy the Elsa picture below to start (right-click > “Copy Image).

Click beside the name…

… and paste the picture (CTRL+V or use the paste button).

With the picture selected, go to the Picture Format tab and click on Quick Styles

Add the picture style shown below.

So it should look like this…

Add Text Wrapping: Square.

Now click and drag it to the right until you have these green guide lines…

Click off to set the picture position.

Other Pictures

Repeat for the other pictures…

  1. Click beside the name and paste the picture.
  2. Add the picture style shown below.
  3. Add Text Wrapping: Square.
  4. Move it to the right of the character’s name & paragraph.
  5. Click off to set it.

Line up the pictures with the tops of the names and the right margin like this…

When you’re done, your document should look like this…

Keep it open like this and get it checked off.

Once it’s checked off, put your page view back to normal view – go to View > Vertical
