If starting with a blank document…
Type “Pictures Galore” at the top. Then [Enter] to the next line and type…
=rand.old(5,10)
[Enter] and you will get the text generated. Then right-click on any of the spelling errors and Change all…
Select all (CTRL+A) and set the default font type to Garamond, size 12.
Select the page heading “Pictures Galore” and pump up the font size to 24
Center Page Heading
Select the page heading and center it.
Zoom out to 70% so you can see your entire page.
Click off so the page heading is not selected anymore.
Photo #1
- Right-click on the picture below and Copy Image.
- Paste it anywhere in the document (CTRL+V or use the Paste button).
- Add Text Wrapping: Square.
- Move it beside the 1st paragraph (line up with the top/left green guides).
Position
Click off to set the position.
Photo #2
- Copy the picture of the flamingo below.
- Paste it (CTRL+V).
- Add Text Wrapping: Square
- Move it beside the 2nd paragraph (need to have the green guide lines).
Position
Click off to set the position.
Clip art #1
- Copy the photo of the dog below and paste it into the document
- Add wrapping Tight.
- Move into position (to the left, beside the 3rd paragraph).
Position
Click off to set the position.
Clip art #2
- Copy the photo of the flamingo below
- Paste it into the document. Add wrapping Tight.
- Move into position (to the middle of the last 2 paragraphs)
Position
Click off to set the position.
