Open the year info page that has the text and photos you will be copying…
Text: #10
- Copy the title for #10 (Births/Deaths)

- Stretch the width of the text box so it’s as wide as the slide.

- Select all the info for a person (not just the name) and copy it. Paste it on the slide.

- Repeat for 2 more people.

Text: #11
- Make the text box wider …

- Copy the title, whatever it is for your year

- Select all the bullet text to copy and paste on the slide

Stop and get the text checked off before adding the photos!

If you reset #10 or #11, you need to make words bold again…
Select the first name and make it bold by clicking on the “B” button in the pop up window or using the keyboard shortcut CTRL+B.

Repeat for the other names.

For the last slide, also make the same words bold as in the example slide…

Photos
Paste the photos onto the slides. You need to “Paste as Picture” to get the photo to paste full-size. You have 2 options:
- On the Home tab, use the Paste button’s drop-down menu, or
- Use the keyboard shortcut (CTRL+V), then use the pop-up toolbar.

Resize and position them to fill up the empty area on the bottom (and on the right/side if there is room)

Picture Styles
For the last two slides, add a simple, straight style (not angled/flattened/oval).

Keep the “Year Info Page” tab open in Chrome as a quick reference for getting checked…
